Minutes:  Wilmington LWRP Citizen’s Cmte Meeting - August 22, 2006

  Attending:  Jeanne Ashworth , Tom Hinman, John Lafferty, Jane Sibalski , Kara Page , Holly Aquino, Judi Gould, Garrett Dague.

Business:

·         September meeting date set for 19^th, community-wide meeting date set for late October

·         Project Committee ( Jane , NH , KP, JA) met Monday - July 24^th – Results circulated; Survey developed soon after this meeting (#3). 

·         Field Trip to Wells –Sept date options not set. 

·         Wilmington Waterfront Day, August 31^st  planned – need volunteers to help. 

·         Web updated.  Need any additional information? 

·         Intern priorities.

Work:

·         Policy vote – all comments to be sent to consultant by Friday, along with yes/no to finalize them or not. 

·         Decision:  before projects can be voted on they need to be ranked – with what criterion?  Judi suggested ideas:  cost and source of funding, local need, complexity of getting it done. 

·         Timesheets

·         Victor C.  DEC, and Jeanne will write letters to DOT re: catchment basin near library.
