Minutes for February 12, 2007 Wilmington LWRP Citizen’s Committee Sub-group         Meeting

Attending:  Dawn Stevens , Judi Gould, Garrett Dague, Jeanne Ashworth , Kara Page

Ongoing work was discussed:

·         The group decided to pick up the pace and try to finish reworking the LWRP draft within the next few months. 

·         They began with the Policies section (III), as the Boundary / Inventory (I / II) were mostly completed. 

·         Jeanne and Lisa Nagle will be asked to identify possible costs of projects in section IV, just as a preliminary figure or range. 

·         The group asked the consultant to share copies with the Town Board as a preview of further work.  She also offered copies of Sections I and II at that time. 

·         The supervisor requested that her correspondence with the DOT be posted on the web site. 

The Town may apply in Spring for additional funding, or may use funding forthcoming through other grants, for further work on the zoning revisions and land use code updates, which have been in discussion since before the LWRP process began.
