Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) for the Town of Wilmington :  Survey #2

 

A volunteer Citizens’ Committee is meeting to complete a Local Waterfront Revitalization Program for Wilmington.
They will, with your input, help develop a plan to restore and enhance use of our stretch of the AuSable River,
including Lake Everest . 

Please answer this short survey so we can get everybody’s thoughts on what should be done
with the river and lake in Wilmington.

There will be an all-Community Meeting about the LWRP on January 31, 2006 in the Town Hall at 6 pm .  The Committee meets there monthly, on the third Tuesday, at 6:30 pm , and all are welcome to attend. 

 

Thanks!  We encourage everybody to answer this survey, young and old alike.  Our children’s views on this issue matter.  Committee members and Town leaders will use the final plan to raise grant money to implement the projects you help identify.  Once Wilmington has this plan in place, in about a year, it will be much easier for us to apply for grants.  We hope to complete some of the highest priority projects within about five years. 

 

Additional copies of the CWRP survey can be picked up at the Library, Town Hall, Youth Center , and Visitor’s Bureau.  A new set of questions will be available in the same locations later this spring, so look for them!  Forms may be dropped at any of these places or mailed to:
